Refund Policy Here at Ariyai Boutique, we take pride in the quality of every piece we offer. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our curated boutique collection, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopariyai@gmail.com / official_ariyai@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale items
- Jewelry, bags, and accessories
- Gloves (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
